Has anyone ever boldly proclaimed to you one of these so-called “understood rules” and
caused you to think to yourself…

“Says who”? Who Made THAT Rule?”

(Yeah, us too!)

I mean, seriously… let’s take a look at a few of these “common rules”:

- You gotta eat your veggies before you can have dessert. It may be good advice but sometimes I eat my dessert along WITH my veggies.? Sometime I skip the veggies altogether!? It’s one of those “understood” things, but there’s no hard, firm Universal rule that says 1) veggies, then 2) dessert.

- You have to have a big list to make money online. Wrong again. In several tests where we’ve pitted a BIG list against a little list, the litle list has won every time! Why? Because just having a big list isn’t the key… it’s the real-ationship that you have with your list that counts.

- You should only expect about 1% conversion from your web site. So you honestly want me to believe that it’s EXPECTED that I fail 99% of the time? And that’s OK with you? It’s NOT OK with me. We’re constantly setting the bar higher than a 99% failure rate, and we believe that’s why we consistently get better results than people who expect to succeed only 1% of the time.? One percent conversion is a JOKE!

- Your website has to look professional to sell. Wrong again. Some of the ugliest websites I have out there have been pulling in a consistent income for YEARS. Look at this one: www.MakeYourArticlesUnique.com. That butt-ugly website is one of hundreds of ugly one-page websites that has made us THOUSANDS of dollars. And does anyone remember the late Corey Rudl’s first website that launched his multi-million dollar Internet empire? It was FUGLY. But it sold like crazy. (It’s like I say “you can feed your family or you can feed your ego, but you can’t do both“). Enough said.

We could go on, but you get the idea, right?

It’s time to get to squashing stupid “rules”.

Here’s What This Is Really About:

We’re actually writing a book that is planned to release this spring and it will be called “Who Made That Rule?? 100 (or so) Common “Rules” That Were Meant to be Broken”.

So… we wanna know…

What common sense “rules” of life guide your actions?
What things do people say to you that make you go “huh?!”?
What “commonisms” do people tell you that make you gag?

Here’s What it Means For You:

Fame and fortune beyond your wildest dreams!

Maybe, maybe not… (of course we’re kidding around) but here’s what happens next…

We’re gonna pick the “Very Best Stupid Rules” from YOUR input on this blog and those “Rules” will be included in the book. If your “rule” is chosen, we’ll include a bio of you in the book where you can link to your site, and even give a free gift if you want.

Give us a rule (or 2, or 3, or more), we’ll pick the very best based on feedback on the blog, and when your “rule” is chosen we’ll put you in our book!

We want to help make YOU famous!

Here’s What You Gotta Do Now:

Just leave a comment below with a stupid, annoying, frustrating, or just plain silly “rule”.?

That’s it.

And it can be ANY kind of rule:

- Life rules
- Business rules
- Marketing rules
- Child-rearing rules
- ANYTHING

Post your own “rule”.

Comment on other people’s “rules”.

Most of all, have FUN with it!

Thanks in advance for your contribution - and GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Lee Collins and Alan Bechtold
